I thank you for life, health and protection from harm.
I thank you for all the good things, and the happiness that has come to me through my home, my parents, my school and my teachers, my schoolmates and close friends and all those who love me. I am truly sorry that I so often take these blessings as though they were due to me.
And I am most sorry that I have repaid your goodness to me with ingratitude and sin.
